Charles Fitzgerald is a Seattle-area angel investor whose primary focus is software platforms and the dynamics of building and cultivating ecosystems around them. He has brought this perspective to a diverse range of startup investments, including cloud computing, AI, VR/AR, enterprise SaaS and fintech. Previously, he held senior strategy, product management and marketing roles at Microsoft, Mozy and VMware. Charles currently serves on the boards of Against Gravity and Shippable.
Steve Bennett is a board member, angel investor and advisor with a long track record of delivering strong results for customers, partners, employees, and shareholders. His operating roles included 23 years at GE, 8 years as CEO of Intuit and 20 months as CEO of Symantec. His board experience includes Intuit, Sun Microsystems, Qualcomm, Symantec and Insweb. He is also involved in a wide range of private companies, both start-ups and mid size firms such as Sojern, Vertafore, Nemean Networks, and Cytobank where he is currently Chairman of the Board.
Rudy Gadre joined Amazon.com as its fourth lawyer in 1999, leaving in May 2005. After a brief stint as a partner at Beacon Law Advisors, Rudy became Facebook’s 46th employee and General Counsel in January 2006. Since then, Rudy has held operating roles at Evri and most recently at Seattle-based venture capital firm Founders’ Co-op, where he is a partner in Fund III. He also serves on the board of several Seattle area startups, and between his angel investments and Founders’ Co-op’s investments, has invested in over 100 technology companies.

Amit Jasuja has spent over two decades in leadership roles in the security and identity industries. Amit has held senior executive roles at Oracle, Symantec Corp, Netegrity (acquired by CA), Corio (acquired by IBM), and most recently as the Chief Operating Officer at Qlue (acquired by ServiceNow).
